My wife & I stayed 5 days. Very pleased. Although the motel is older, the rooms have been modernized & very clean. New owners are slowly upgrading and very accommodating. Excellant service & very friendly. Price range is great too. We will definitely stay there again.

Just for a short stay in town...
The motel is on a main street and close to everything.
All necessities in the room are available.
The room was very well maintained except that the air conditioner front filter was loaded with dust. It wasn't very hot while I was there only late in the evening and early in the morning. So I didn't need to turn the air conditioner on.
Also it would be nice if there's an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

My family and i stayed at this motel. This is our second year staying with lakeview and we have always had a comfortable stay here! Friendly staff and clean rooms! Also a hop, skip and a jump from the beach as well! We love the town of Kincardine 🙂
